GAYLORD COMMUNITY PRODUCTIONS

Anyone auditioning who is age 17 and under MUST have a minor consent form and liability waiver

in order to audition.

We ask that parents of our younger auditionees stay throughout auditions.

For anyone that can't make it to auditions we ask that you fill out an audition form, a liability waiver and a minor consent form (if applicable). Also, record a video of yourself singing up to 32 measures of your chosen song and performing a comedic monologue of your choice.
